What’s included?

Reserved Time

Exclusive, reserved time. I block off my calendar to focus on your project.

You’ll receive:

  • Reserved, dedicated time.

  • A Project Guide to help you gather all the necessary info for your project. Complete at your own pace before our kick-off meeting.

  • Kick-off Meeting 30-mins to align on direction and the details.

The Design

You’ll get a beautiful, custom design tailored specifically to your goals.

Comes with:

  • 4, 8 or 16 hours of project time (1 or 2 day Rush)

  • Unlimited revisions within the time. We’ll work through any kinks and get to a good place. No caps on edits.

Delivery & Support

After the design is perfected, I will format your files so they are ready to use right away.

Expect to:

  • Receive your design within 24 hours or 48 hours for 2 Day Rush.

  • Get 30 days post-project support. Have questions about printing? What file to use on your website? This support is included for free.

My ability to work on this timeline and deliver your design as fast as possible depends in part on you. I’ll let you know what to do at every step of the way but expect to provide me with your project materials and feedback quickly so that I can deliver your project in the timeframe you expect. F.A.Q’s

  • Half is due upon booking as a deposit to reserve your time. The other half is due at the end of your project. If you use a payment plan, the first payment counts as your deposit.

  • Yes! Split your payment over 2-4 months.

  • Printing is not included in the prices listed. The prices are for the design of the product, not the production.

    This is because I’m not set up as a production facility. Working with a professional printer will give you access to a selection of paper types, large format prints, and speciality equipment.

    What I can do is: Send your design to your printer of choice, communicate with the printer about the details of your project, and even pick up and deliver your project from the printer if you’re local.

    I include this kind of support at no extra cost.

  • You get priority booking with Rush Projects. Which means, I’ll fit you in as soon as possible so your project can get done asap. Let me know your deadline during the consultation and we’ll make sure the timing works out!

  • Totally fine! Please let me know as soon as possible, but you can reschedule up to 3 times within 90 days of booking. If you cancel and do not reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

    That said, I want everyone to be happy so please contact me and I’ll figure out a way to help.

  • Plan to set aside about an hour to gather your project materials. We’ll go over everything together during your kick-off call. Please remember that during your booked time, responsiveness is key to a successful project. Questions about this? Just ask!

  • I do my best to estimate how much time your project will take - and I’m pretty accurate! If you do need more time because I estimated incorrectly, I’ll finish your project at no additional charge.

    If there are more projects added, the project complexity is greater than we initially expected during your consultation, or feedback or materials were not provided in time, any additional time needed will be charged by the hour.

    I’ll always discuss this with you before hand.

  • If the project takes less time than you booked, you can always use the time for an additional project, consulting or save it for a future project.
