Projects are grouped by size - Small, Medium, and Large - based on the time they take. It’s an easy way to match your project to the right scope.

Have multiple projects? They can be combined into a larger one - for instance, two Small Projects make up one Medium.

Get started by booking your kick-off call and paying your deposit to reserve your spot. After your kick-off, I’ll design & you’ll provide feedback. Projects run one week - if we start on a Monday, we’ll wrap up the following Monday.

Projects are priced by size - Small, Medium, and Large - based on the time they take. It’s an easy way to for me to give you a transparent flat rate.

I’ll provide you with a guide to help you gather anything you need for the project: ideas, references, photos, and text.

You’ll receive:

  • A Guide to help you gather your materials and your thoughts. Complete at your own pace before kick-off.

  • Access to support Have questions? Need a designer’s perspective? Just ask! I’m available to help you during this time.


Design

You’ll of course get a beautiful, tailored design. I’ll design, you give feedback, and we’ll create something you are proud to share.

Comes with:

  • Kick-off: We’ll meet to get clear on all the details and align on direction.

  • Project Time: 4 hours (Small Project), 8 hours (Medium Project), 12 or 16 hours (Large Project), over one week.

  • 3 Rounds of Edits First, second & final revisions - usually more than enough for a typical project.


Delivery & Support

After the design is perfected, I will format your files and deliver them to you, so you can start using it right away.

You’ll get:

  • Your ready to use design files 24-hours after your project has wrapped.

  • Post-project support: Need me to send your project to the printer? Have second thoughts about that photo? Get 2 hours of free post project support for production or minor design tweaks.

  • Free Text Updates for Life: Moved locations? Changed the services you listed on your flyer? I’ll update your text for you for free, for life.

  • Lots of kinds! Have an idea? Let me know what it is and I can probably make it happen, or I’ll point you in the right direction.

    Check out the Project Menu for a limited list of projects.

  • The turnaround time for most projects, is one week after your kick-off. For larger projects, you can book two or more weeks in a row.

    Need it faster? Book a Rush Project for a 1-3 day turnaround.

  • Yes I do! It’s a new thing I’m trying out. For the life of the project, get free text updates (like a change of address or updated services list). This eliminates the need to pay for small design edits here and there.

    There are some conditions - like you can’t use this for creating an entirely new project. If you have a newsletter that goes out once a month, for example, that’s a new project, not a text update.

    Questions? Just ask!

  • Printing is not included in the prices listed. The prices are for the design of the product, not the production.

    This is because I’m not set up as a production facility. Working with a professional printer will give you access to a selection of paper types, large format prints, and speciality equipment.

    What I can do is: Send your design to your printer of choice, communicate with the printer about the details of your project, and even pick up and deliver your project from the printer if you’re local.

    I include this kind of support at no extra cost.

  • Half is due upon booking as a deposit to reserve your time. The other half is due at the end of your project. If you use a payment plan, the first payment counts as your deposit.

  • Yes! Split your payment over 2-4 months at no additional charge and no interest.

  • Totally fine! Please let me know as soon as possible, but you can reschedule up to 3 times within 90 days of booking. If you cancel and do not reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

    That said, I want everyone to be happy so please contact me and I’ll figure out a way to help.

  • Book at least two weeks ahead (for most projects). This is so we have time to gather the materials we will need. Not all projects need as much prep time though. Need it sooner? Ask about Rush Projects.

    Want to book time in advance? Reserve your time up to six months ahead of time.

  • I do my best to estimate how much time your project will take - and I’m pretty accurate! If you do need more time because I estimated incorrectly, I’ll finish your project at no additional charge.

    If there are more projects added, the project complexity is greater than we initially expected during your consultation, or feedback or materials were not provided quickly, any additional time needed will be charged by the hour.

    I’ll always discuss this with you before hand.

  • If the project takes less time than you booked, you can always use the time for an additional project, consulting or save it for a future project.
