Exhibition ▸ Design for Coyote Now, Ryan Feddersen

While working in-house at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History, I had the honor of creating graphics for Ryan Feddersen’s exhibition, Coyote Now. A cross between a life-sized immersive coloring book and graphic novel - it continues the legend of Coyote in the modern day. This exhibition was a blast to work on.

The graphics were largely based off Ryan’s bold personal brand (bright pink and black) and the styling of her name (RYAN!). The exhibition graphics just made these elements life-sized, to match the scale of the immersive exhibit. Oh, and I made the gallery labels look like a coloring book (that you could actually color in) - that was fun.

Ryan Feddersen is an indigenous artist and enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, from the Okanogan and Arrow Lakes bands.
